Recommended Use:
For normal weight loss or weight maintenance: Eat one or two meals daily and substitute an Alk Slim Diet drink for one or two meals. Use two level scoops (scoop enclosed) of Alka Slim Powder with approximately 8-10oz. of unsweetened fresh or bottled fruit juice for each drink (dilute with water to desired taste).

Vigorously stir in half of the juice, then add the rest and stir again. For delicious fruit shakes, blend Alka Slim with fresh fruit and ice cubes. Juices recommended for use with Alka Slim are apple cider or juice, pineapple, orange, berries (all kinds). Drink plenty of water and/or herbal teas. Avoid caffeine and alcohol.

Storage:
Keep this medicine in the container it came in, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Store it at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). Throw away any medicine that is outdated or no longer needed.
