Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 ounce (one capful) just before bed at least 3 hours after dinner or a snack. When your body burns fat it requires extra hydration, so we recommend that you drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to maximize your results on BioSculpt and promote general health. If your weight loss goal is 25 pounds or more, you may double the dosage to 2 ounces (two capfuls) each night, or one capful before bed and one capful immediately upon rising.
Once you have achieved your fat loss goal you may reduce the dosage to 1/2 ounce each night.
Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening.
